    So, early on in this pandemic I read an article by a scientist that claimed high doses of Zinc (PICOLINATE) and Vitamin D would help ward off the virus but taken upon beginning to feel symptoms. At that time, I bought bottles and shipped to my entire family. My husband and I take 50 to 100 mg weekly, in one dose. This must be taken with food...causes weeziness if not! But, it works! We are both healthy still and work in an environment surrounded by hundreds of people and are essential workers. Highly recommend Douglas Labs Zinc. Very high quality without tons of fillers!
