We know that our customers care about what they put in their bodies. We guarantee that our customers will receive fresh, quality, supplements, or we will refund the cost of your order.  No questions asked (except how we could have done a better job!)

Our Return Policy:  We will gladly refund any non-refrigerated product(s) that are returned within 30 days of the order date.  All items must be returned still sealed and in their original condition.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, the error of the manufacturer (since we often have the manufacturer ship directly to you), or the product is defective.  If the return is simply something that you did not really want, we will refund your order, minus $10.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*A return authorization is required before any return can be refunded.
If you need to return an item, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3: 

  1. Simply login to your account by clicking "My Account" at the top of this page,
  2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

We will email you your authorization code and notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Non-Returnable Products:  We're sorry, but products requiring refrigeration, probiotics and meal replacement/ protein bars can NOT be accepted as returns unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

Manufacturer's Defect:  While rare, sometimes manufacturer defects do occur.  In the case of a manufacturer's defect,  a "call tag", which is a prepaid shipping label, will be issued for you to return your product for a full refund.  The shipping label will include the return address.

NOT FOR RESALE:  We sell to people who can genuinely use these supplements. We reserve the right to deny, cancel, or refund any order if we believe the products will be resold through another health care provider or through online marketplaces. This is the agreement we have with the manufacturers and we will not provide professional supplement products to unauthorized resellers.
